The Follicular Blend is HerBloom's carefully crafted seed mix for the first half of your menstrual cycle — days 1 to 14, known as the Follicular Phase.

During this phase, your body is working to produce and regulate estrogen as follicles in your ovaries develop and prepare for ovulation. It is also the phase where many women feel their most energised, clear-headed, and motivated — and the right nutritional support can help amplify that feeling.

Our Follicular Blend combines two of the most researched seeds in hormonal health: organic flax seeds and pumpkin seeds. Together, they provide lignans, zinc, omega-3 fatty acids, and magnesium — all shown to support healthy estrogen metabolism and a smoother first phase of your cycle.
