At HerBloom, we want every woman who tries our blends to feel cared for — from the moment she places her order to the moment her cycle begins to feel a little more like her own again. If something is not quite right, we are here to make it right.

💜 Our 7-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

The product must be unopened, unused, and sealed in its original packaging
The packaging must be in original condition with all labels intact
A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or order confirmation email) is required

Due to the nature of our products — perishable food-grade seed blends — we are unable to accept returns on opened or used pouches. We hope you understand: this is a hygiene and safety standard we hold for every woman who orders from us.

📦 How to Request a Return
We have made the process as gentle as possible:

Share your order number and the reason for return
Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours (Monday to Saturday)
If approved, we will share return instructions and a return address
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

🌿 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We carefully inspect every order before it ships, but if something does go wrong, we will fix it — fully and quickly.
If your product arrives:

Damaged or leaking
Past its expiry date
The wrong item
Missing items from your order

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
A brief description

We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer. No need to return the damaged item unless we specifically request it.

💰 Refunds — How and When
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status within 2 business days.
If approved:

Online payments: Refunded to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days
Cash on Delivery orders: Refunded via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash to an account of your choice within 5 to 7 business days

Bank processing times vary, so please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to fully reflect in your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us — we will follow up with the bank on your behalf.

🔄 Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, the simplest way is to:

Return the original item following the steps above
Place a new order for the product you actually want

This ensures the fastest delivery of your new product.
Exception: If you received a damaged or wrong item, we will replace it directly — no need to return and reorder.

❌ Items That Cannot Be Returned
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Opened or used pouches
Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
Items without proof of purchase
Items not in their original packaging
Free gifts or promotional items received as part of a bundle or campaign
Bundles where any individual item has been opened (the entire bundle becomes ineligible)


📍 Return Shipping
For damaged or wrong items: HerBloom covers all shipping costs. We will arrange a courier to collect the item, or reimburse your shipping cost.
For change-of-mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original delivery charges (if any were paid) are non-refundable.

🌷 Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched for a full refund. Once your order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
To cancel an order, please WhatsApp us as soon as possible at +92 [your number]. We process orders quickly, so the sooner you reach out, the better.
